India's electric two-wheeler market has largely been driven by scooters, but a new player is now preparing to enter the relatively untapped electric motorcycle segment. Ahmedabad-based Samarth E-Mobility's upcoming electric motorcycle, which will be sold under the newly launched Avore brand, has been spotted testing on public roads for the first time.
Familiar Streetfighter-Inspired Design
Despite being heavily camouflaged, the test mule reveals a muscular and conventional motorcycle design. Unlike many futuristic-looking electric bikes, the Avore motorcycle appears to follow a streetfighter-inspired styling theme with a sculpted tank section, split-seat setup and upright riding posture.

The design seems aimed at attracting buyers upgrading from traditional petrol-powered commuter and premium commuter motorcycles.
Expected Features
The upcoming electric motorcycle is expected to come equipped with a host of modern features. Visible elements from the spy images include:
- Full-LED lighting setup
- Digital instrument cluster
- Alloy wheels
- Front and rear disc brakes
- Split seats
- Telescopic front forks
- Monoshock rear suspension
The motorcycle is also likely to offer smartphone connectivity and navigation support as part of its connected technology package.
Specifications
Avore has previously revealed technical details about its upcoming motorcycle platform. Power is expected to come from a 5 kWh battery pack paired with a mid-mounted electric motor producing around 10.5 kW (approximately 14 bhp).

These figures place the motorcycle in the same performance bracket as many popular 150cc to 200cc petrol-powered motorcycles sold in India. The company is expected to focus on delivering a balance of performance, efficiency and everyday usability.
Launch Timeline
While Avore is yet to reveal the official launch timeline, pricing or complete specifications, the appearance of a near-production test model suggests that an unveiling could take place in the coming months.
If competitively priced, the upcoming Avore electric motorcycle could emerge as an interesting alternative for buyers looking to switch from conventional 150cc-200cc motorcycles to electric mobility.
