Should You Buy It?

For those prioritizing longer range and daily practicality, this new variant of the Ather 450S makes a strong case with its larger battery. However, for just ₹1,000 more, potential buyers can also consider the base Ather 450X, which offers:

  • A more powerful motor
  • Richer feature set, including a full-color touchscreen and advanced navigation
  • Same 2.9kWh battery pack, and thus a lower 121km range

Final Verdict

With the addition of a 3.7kWh variant, Ather has strengthened the 450S lineup for 2025. It now bridges the gap between affordability and enhanced range, catering to commuters who want more riding distance without stepping up to the 450X.
