• Evfy is not responsible for disputes between users.

All content (designs, logos, software) is owned by Evfy unless stated otherwise.

Reproduction or modification without permission is prohibited.

We may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content or data practices.

Evfy is not liable for:

• Incorrect or fraudulent listings
• Platform outages or downtime
• Issues from third-party services
• Unauthorized access or data loss

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform without prior notice for violations.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
