In addition, Tata is also expanding the capabilities and stylistic appeal of one of its best selling EVs ahead of the festive season.The Tata Punch EV is being offered with updated capabilities and has more colors in its palette. Starting with colors, Punch EV now comes with two new colors, Pure Grey and Supernova Copper . Both are being offered with Black roof option as well .Apart from these colors, Punch EV’s palette consists of Fearless Red, Seaweed, Empowered Oxide, Daytona Grey and Pristine White . Other than these new colors, Tata has not done any revisions to Punch EV’s design and aesthetics.Faster Charging Than BeforeWhile 2025 Tata Punch EV stays identical to its predecessor mechanically, the company has introduced faster charging with the LR (Long Range) variants . This will allow users to clock more miles on their Punch EV rather than wasting time at charging stations.The 2025 Tata Punch EV LR Variants can now charge at a rate of 1.2 C , allowing users to go from 10% to 80% SOC in just 40 minutes from a 50 kW DC Fast Charger.In simpler words, the Tata Punch EV can gain 90 km worth of range in just 15 minutes of DC Fast Charging.Tata Punch EVThe Tata Punch EV comes with two battery pack options at 25 kWh (Standard Range) and 35 kWh (Long Range), offering a range of 315 km and 421 km respectively .The 25 kWh pack takes about 3.6 hours to charge from 10% to 100% using a 3.3 kW AC charger, while the 35 kWh pack takes 5 hours with a 7.2 kW AC fast charger .The 25 kWh battery can be charged from 10% to 80% in approximately 56 minutes using a 50 kW DC fast charger while the updated 35 kWh battery can go from 10% to 80% in just 40 minutes using a 50 kW DC fast charger.Priced from ₹9.99 Lakh to ₹14.44 Lakh , the Tata Punch EV offers a top speed of 140 kmph, with a max motor power of 120 bhp and 190 Nm torque. Additionally, it can go from 0 to 100 kmph in just 9.5 seconds.
