Oben Electric has launched a 24/7 customer support helpline, in a move to redefine electric vehicle (EV) ownership. Oben’s commitment to after-sales service and rider satisfaction has addressed one of the key concerns in Indian EV market and aims to make the experience of owning an EV hassle-free, transparent and customer centric.

Deep Vertical Integration
Critical components such as its proprietary high-performance LFP battery, motor, vehicle control unit (VCU), and charger are designed and manufactured in-house, allowing full control over quality, diagnostics, and turnaround times. This integration enables faster issue resolution and greater transparency, including comprehensive warranty coverage that supports confident, worry-free riding.
Every customer is assigned a dedicated Relationship Manager, ensuring personalized, end-to-end support throughout their ownership journey, from onboarding and routine maintenance to real-time query resolution. This network is backed by Oben Care network of platinum-certified technicians.
Warranty & Roadside Assistance
Oben offers a full range of robust warranty coverage, owning up to their product.
- LFP battery warranty up to 8 years or 80,000 km.
- Comprehensive Protect warranty covers key components including Battery, BMS, Motor, Motor Controller, and Chassis for 5 years or 60,000 km.
Furthermore, Oben has established a three-tier Roadside Assistance (RSA) network to ensure prompt recovery and help even in remote areas.
Future Plans
Currently, Oben Electric operates over 37 showrooms across India. It plans on expanding its presence to over 150 showrooms across 50+ cities by the end of FY25.
As India’s EV market evolves, Oben Electric is dedicated towards their customers with a new benchmark for customer service and after-sales care.
