Tata Motors has officially confirmed that the much-anticipated Tata Harrier EV will launch on June 3, 2025. Unveiled in its production-ready form at the Auto Expo 2025, this all-electric SUV marks a major leap in Tata’s EV portfolio, featuring substantial updates in design, technology, and performance.Design and styling updatesThe Harrier EV comes with a refreshed front look, including a blanked-off grille and a redesigned bumper with vertical slats, drawing inspiration from the Curvv EV. Signature LED headlights and animated connected LED DRLs continue to add flair. On the sides, the SUV sports new aero-optimized alloy wheels and a distinct “.ev” badge, replacing the traditional “HARRIER” branding. The rear design includes connected LED taillamps and an updated bumper to match the front aesthetics.Interior & cabin experienceWhile the layout remains similar to the ICE version, the Harrier EV gets a dual-tone grey and white cabin, matching the EV aesthetics seen in Tata’s Nexon and Curvv EVs. The modern four-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo, along with a dual digital display setup, enhances the futuristic vibe of the cabin.Features & safety techThe Harrier EV is packed with premium features such as a 12.3-inch infotainment screen, 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, dual-zone climate control, ventilated seats, ambient lighting, and a 10-speaker JBL sound system. It also debuts Summon Mode, which allows the car to move forward or backward using a keyfob.EV-exclusive features include Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2C) charging capabilities. In terms of safety, it gets 7 airbags, Level 2 ADAS, a 360-degree camera, TPMS, ESC, and more.Powertrain & platformBuilt on Tata’s Acti.ev platform, the Harrier EV is confirmed to offer an all-wheel drive (AWD) configuration and a claimed range of over 500 km on a single charge.
