The Indian automobile giant, Tata Motors , is expanding its electric vehicle (EV) portfolio even further with these two electric SUVs. The Tata Sierra EV and the Safari EV have been spotted testing on public roads alongside each other. In the last few years, Tata has benefitted a lot from their EV (Born Electric) lineup, which have been modified from their ICE counterparts.Tata Sierra EV is a little different in this regard as it will first arrive as an electric car with the ICE model following soon after.Tata Sierra EV and Safari EV Spotted in the Wild!Posted by autovahaan on Instagram, the video features two SUVs parked at an isolated location wearing thick camouflage. The first in line is the Sierra EV, whose concept models had been displayed at Auto Expo events in the past. Despite the camouflage, the model is easily discerned. There appears to be connected LED light strips across the face, a sleek headlamp and a sturdy bumper. On the sides, the boxy silhouette is apparent with flush door handles and prominent wheel arches.Similarly, the second SUV appears to be the electric iteration of the Safari . The ICE Safari is the 7-seater iteration of the Harrier . With the Harrier EV launch in June, it is no surprise that Safari EV will be launching soon after. Similar to its ICE counterpart, it won't have many differences from the Harrier EV. The third row will, however, undoubtedly increase the practicality. In the next several days, more information will become available.About TataTata currently offers several electric vehicle (EV) models, including the Nexon EV, Curvv EV, Punch EV, and Harrier EV , with varying features, prices, and ranges. The latest Harrier EV comes with two battery options, 65 kWh and 75 kWh , offering a max range of 627 km (ARAI).
