MG Windsor EV is the best selling electric vehicle in India and has had over 27,000 sales since its launch in September, 2024.Recently, there have been several complaints where customers have faced issues with DC fast charging . This is a potential hazard, especially if the customer is left stranded without assistance in an unexpected situation.But don’t worry! MG has come to your rescue.The company has issued an update for the customers related to the BMS (Battery Management System) and the high-voltage battery . All you need to do is visit the nearest authorized service center to get this update installed. This process will take between 30 minutes to 1 hour .MG dealerships have started reaching out to customers for the update. In theory, this could fix the DC fast charging issues in the Windsor EV.
