Ursaa Energyworx has launched Ursaa Hybrid, a single platform that combines fleet tracking with battery intelligence for electric and connected vehicle fleets. It brings real-time vehicle tracking, battery and charging analytics, trip and utilisation reports, route scheduling, compliance monitoring and enterprise administration into one environment. Battery insights are available only where compatible telemetry exists. Ursaa has not disclosed pricing, pilot customers or a rollout timeline. The company's fleet-tracking technology already runs on 10,000+ electric scooters at one of India's largest fleet aggregators, and Ursaa Hybrid extends that base into battery and workflow data.
What Ursaa Energyworx has announced
Ursaa Energyworx, a company working across connected mobility, battery intelligence and energy systems, announced Ursaa Hybrid in the week of 24 October 2026, according to reports. The pitch is simple: most fleets track where a vehicle is in one tool and check how its battery is doing in another. Ursaa Hybrid puts both views side by side.
Co-founder Kapil Sharma said the platform aims to bridge the gap between fleet tracking and battery intelligence as connected and electric fleets grow. Co-founder and CTO Abhinav Bhargava said joining the two takes more than pooling data from separate systems. According to him, Ursaa Hybrid combines device telemetry, battery management system (BMS) data and fleet activity, while allowing for differences in hardware capabilities and data availability.
| Detail | What we know |
| Company | Ursaa Energyworx |
| Product | Ursaa Hybrid |
| Type | Fleet operations and battery intelligence platform |
| Announced | Week of 24 October 2026 (per reports) |
| Existing deployment | 10,000+ electric scooters, one of India's largest fleet aggregators (unnamed) |

Ursaa Hybrid features at a glance
The platform is built around seven functional areas, all inside one interface.
| Module | What it covers |
| Real-time vehicle tracking | Live location and movement of vehicles |
| Battery and charging analytics | Battery performance and charging activity, where telemetry allows |
| Trip and utilisation reports | How much and how often each vehicle is used |
| Route scheduling | Planning and execution of routes |
| Compliance monitoring | Operational compliance tracking (details not published) |
| Enterprise administration | Admin and workflow controls for larger fleet operators |
| Operational reporting | Consolidated reports across the above |
The key idea is the link between the modules. Vehicle movement and utilisation data is tied to battery performance, charging activity and route execution, so a fleet manager can see why a route went wrong, not just that it did.
Where Ursaa Hybrid is already backed by deployment
Ursaa says its IoT-based fleet-tracking solution is already live on more than 10,000 electric scooters run by one of India's largest fleet aggregators. The company has not named the aggregator. With Ursaa Hybrid, it is extending that approach to include battery intelligence, route execution and enterprise workflows.
Ursaa's co-founder has also said in an interview that the company has monitored 20,000+ EV battery deployments across India. We treat this as a company-stated figure that we have not independently verified.

Pros and limits for fleet operators
| What looks useful | What to watch |
| One dashboard instead of separate tracking and battery tools | Battery insights work only with compatible telemetry |
| Battery and charging data tied to trips and utilisation | No published list of supported BMS or hardware |
| Route scheduling sits next to battery state | Pricing and deployment model unknown |
| Built on a tracking base already running on 10,000+ scooters | The 10,000+ base is tracking, not confirmed battery analytics |
| Enterprise admin and compliance modules for larger operators | Compliance features are not described in detail |
Evfy's Take
The interesting part of this launch is not the dashboard. It is the data plumbing underneath it.
GPS tracking is easy to standardise. Battery data is not. Every scooter or three-wheeler maker uses a different BMS, and each exposes a different set of signals. Ursaa's own wording, that insights appear where compatible telemetry exists, quietly admits this. For a fleet running one scooter model, that may be a small issue. For a mixed fleet, it could mean rich battery views for some vehicles and a blank panel for others.
That makes the launch a good test of a bigger question for Indian fleets: does unifying tracking and battery data actually change daily decisions, such as which vehicle takes a longer route or which one goes on charge first? Ursaa has not published case-study numbers on downtime or battery life, so we would read the benefits as intended outcomes, not proven results. Evfy will update this post if Ursaa shares customer data.
