Skoda has offered the first official glimpse of its upcoming flagship electric SUV, the Peaq, ahead of its global unveiling on June 23. The new EV will sit at the top of Skoda's electric vehicle lineup and is expected to become the largest production model ever launched by the Czech carmaker. The Skoda Peaq will make its world premiere on June 23.
Inspired by the Vision 7S concept, the Peaq combines a futuristic design with family-focused practicality. It will be offered in both five-seat and seven-seat layouts, targeting buyers looking for a spacious electric SUV with long-distance capability.
Design
The newly released sketches showcase Skoda's latest design philosophy. Up front, the SUV features a closed-off grille panel flanked by slim T-shaped LED lighting elements connected by a full-width light bar. The upright nose and muscular bumper design give the Peaq a commanding road presence.

In profile, the SUV gets a strong shoulder line, flush-fitting door handles, and large aerodynamic alloy wheels. A gently sloping roofline merges into a sizeable roof spoiler at the rear, while the tailgate features vertically oriented T-shaped LED taillamps and illuminated Skoda lettering.
Dimensions
The Peaq measures 4,874 mm in length and rides on a 2,965 mm wheelbase, making it significantly larger than both the Enyaq and Kodiaq. The generous dimensions should translate into a roomy cabin with seating for up to seven occupants.
Practicality appears to be one of the SUV's strongest selling points. The five-seat version is expected to offer over 1,000 litres of luggage capacity, while even the seven-seat configuration retains usable boot space. Additionally, buyers will get a 37-litre front storage compartment under the bonnet.
Interiors
Although Skoda has not yet revealed the production-spec cabin, the company has previously confirmed several key features. The Peaq is expected to come equipped with a large 13.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless charging, and an augmented-reality head-up display.
The electric SUV may also feature an electrochromic panoramic sunroof that allows occupants to adjust the glass transparency. Higher trims are likely to offer premium comfort features, including massaging seats, ambient lighting, dedicated relaxation modes, and additional wellness-focused functions.
Specifications
Skoda will offer the Peaq with multiple battery and powertrain options. The entry-level Peaq 60 is expected to feature a 63kWh battery pack paired with a rear-mounted electric motor producing 204hp. This version is claimed to deliver a driving range of over 460km.
Stepping up to the Peaq 90 brings a larger 91kWh battery and a more powerful 286hp rear-wheel-drive setup. Skoda claims this variant can travel more than 600km on a single charge.
At the top of the range will sit the Peaq 90x. This version will use the same 91kWh battery pack but add a second motor for all-wheel-drive capability. With a combined output of 299hp, it can accelerate from 0-100kph in just 6.7 seconds while still offering a claimed range exceeding 600km. Fast charging is expected to be a highlight as well, with all variants capable of charging from 10 to 80 % in under 30 minutes.
