Royal Enfield has officially started handing over the first batch of Flying Flea C6 electric motorcycles to customers in Bengaluru. The milestone marks the first step of the brand's electric vehicle journey, with the Flying Flea sub-brand set to spearhead Royal Enfield's entry into the premium electric two-wheeler space.

First Customer Deliveries Underway

Bengaluru has become the first city in India to receive customer deliveries of the Flying Flea C6. The rollout follows the launch of Flying Flea's exclusive retail and experience setup in the city, where customers can explore the motorcycle and its technology up close.

The Flying Flea C6 blends retro-inspired styling with modern electric mobility, drawing design inspiration from the lightweight motorcycles that once carried the Flying Flea name.

Dedicated Service Ecosystem For Owners

Alongside deliveries, Royal Enfield has also established a dedicated after-sales network specifically for Flying Flea customers in Bengaluru, which will be followed throughout the nation.

The brand has adopted a hub-and-spoke service model to ensure seamless ownership support. A central service hub located in BTM Layout will handle complex repairs and specialised requirements, while a network of smaller service centres across the city will cater to routine maintenance and customer support needs.

This dedicated setup is aimed at delivering a hassle-free ownership experience as Royal Enfield expands its electric motorcycle portfolio.

Flying Flea C6: What It Offers

The Flying Flea C6 stands out with its unique girder-style front suspension, forged aluminium frame and minimalist design. The electric motorcycle is also equipped with a connected TFT display, smartphone integration and multiple riding modes.

Powering the Flying Flea C6 is a 3.91kWh battery pack paired with a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The electric motorcycle produces 20.65 bhp and 60 Nm of peak torque.

Royal Enfield claims the C6 can accelerate from 0-60 kmph in just 3.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 115 kmph.

The company has also announced an IDC-certified range of 154 km on a single charge. When connected to a compatible charger, the battery can be replenished from 0-100 % in 2 hours and 16 minutes, while a 20-80 % charge takes just 1 hour and 5 minutes.

Pricing

The Flying Flea C6 is priced at Rs 2.79 lakh (ex-showroom). Buyers can also opt for a Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) subscription model, which lowers the initial purchase price to Rs 1.99 lakh.

With deliveries now underway in Bengaluru, Royal Enfield is expected to gradually expand Flying Flea operations and service support to additional cities in the coming months.
